I just uninstalled one of the most annoying things ever: MIXIDJ..

But this toolbar was one of the most annoying I have ever dealt with..

I could do without the 80 degree days, of course—something very weird for this part of Northeastern Pennsylvania at this time of year. But I see an extended forecast of glory later this week, after the rainy weather today.. beauty will shine. And even if the weather is not ‘beautiful,’ that’s all in the eye of the beholder anyway.

Timing is everything—coincidences? Planned? …I don’t know. But the debt ceiling battle will come to a head on October 17—that’s the date the United States will default and will lose the ability to borrow, unless Congress increases the limit and passes a continuing resolution to fund government services. It’s also the date when 37 states will practice an end of the world (at least their world) scenario with the GREAT U.S. SHAKEOUT ..

UNCLE GRANDPA wins

I have been getting messages on here, along with private messages, which make me think my criticism of UNCLE GRANDPA (without really watching it) is not in order.. As a matter of fact, lots of people are telling me the show is great, and has a good message. 

I will attempt to get passed his voice.. maybe I’ll give the show a whirl. We’ll see.

A question for all the parents out there..

There are some shows I don’t let me son watch.. there are some shows he watches and does not like (thankfully) .. and one of those shows is UNCLE GRANDPA. He’s not interested yet, but I assume as he ages, he will become so. Which frightens me.. UNCLE GRANDPA may be the single worst cartoon, ever. And quite possibly WORSE in the annoyance level than even CAILLOU.

Who agrees?

YOU’LL NEVER SLEEP AGAIN. Maybe never stream again, too..

Remember yesterday when we were told that Miram Carey was an active shooter? And then we were told she was crazy? And then we were told she slammed through barricades in D.C.? And then police shot her as her 1-year-old was in the car? ….AND then we saw her car and it was not even damaged? 

Interesting considering this video that surfaced today showing POLICE slamming through a barrier in Washington D.C. 

How weird this story is…And how much sense it does not make.

A man has apparently set himself on fire at the National Mall in D.C., another strange occurrence after yesterday’s chase and killing of a mother by police.

This is how initial AP dispatches are reporting this still developing story..

A fire official says a man has been flown to the hospital after setting himself on fire on the National Mall.

Fire crews responded Friday afternoon to a report of a man on fire at 7th and Madison streets. A witness says she saw a man dump a red canister of gasoline on his head and then set himself on fire.

D.C. Fire Department spokesman Tim Wilson says the man has life-threatening injuries.
