Asylum-seekers in Sweden demand relocation in fear of ghosts

Several dozen refugees sheltered in a remote village in Sweden have asked authorities to relocate them, complaining the building allocated for their shelter is haunted by strange noises and flickering lights.

Swedish Migration Agency officials reported Wednesday that 35 out of 58 asylum-seekers accommodated in small village of Grannaforsa in the depths of Smaland province demanded relocation, according to AP.

The migrants complained Tuesday of suspicious sounds in facility’s plumbing system and malfunctioning electric lights.

“Doors are getting reopened by themselves,” Hamid Alojaili, a Syrian resident of the Grannaforsa facility, told local newspaper Smalandsposten. “And there is no one outside.”

The paranormal was in the news in 2015.. why not start it like that in ‘16..

Stefan Johansson, a co-owner of the facility, believes there ought to be natural explanations to the ‘ghost’ phenomena, blaming faulty wiring and slight deformations of the building’s structure caused by sudden temperature changes that eventually caused strange squeaking sounds.

But there are cultural and religious reasons that those logical explanation may not be of use in this situation..

Cultures are clashing..
Ghosts are thrashing..
Welcome to 2016..
The season of mean.

A screen shot for the record.. This was the flight path of MH4, as referenced in a post earlier..

Malaysia Airlines Diverts Flight Over Syrian Airspace

Whoa whoa whoa whoa…

THIS:

Data from Flight Radar 24 shows that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH4, an Airbus A380 flying from Kuala Lumpur to London, was diverted from its usual route over Ukraine in favor of passing over a country that is currently under siege by ISIS terrorists, some of whom are armed with U.S.-made Stinger missiles.

Unbelievable. But true..

So .. the airliner choosing to avoid Ukraine is smart. But flying over hostile portions of Syria where another way is baking away the life and limbs of people is not smart..

Here’s the full MH4 flight path: http://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/mh4#3dbdafe

I am not an aviation expert.. but someone out there who may be tell me this: Is this all normal?

World tensions: North Korea, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine

It’s amazing to see the amount of conflagration across the planet earth right now. in 1914, there was a ‘shot heard around the world’ as Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated.. that event was the historical blame for the trigger that began World War I—the ‘war to end all wars.’ The end never came.. but a second world war did..

Will the events of 2014, one hundred years on, lead to world war 3? Are we ripe for another strange occurrence to electrify the current charge of the planet?

There seem to be so many battles right now, and so many needless deaths. Brutal, and disgusting kills.. sickening events as the devil incarnate advances throughout the continents of the planet.

But…what will be that ‘trigger’ that begins the next big conflict? The war to end all wars, 21st century style?

Living in a Box, Eating Weeds: Syria's Children on the Edge

A pretty intense article on the latest situation in Syria.
I don’t offer this as a way of arguing for or against American intervention—that’s complicated—but at a testament to how horrid humans can be to each other .. Children seem to be particularly hard hit in Syria.
And that’s emotionally disturbing for me personally ..

Brutality in Syria: CNN gets footage of mass graves and mass murder in the nation.. Some of the men appear to be teenagers..

At this point who in the hell cares which side is doing it, as we know both are. In 2014, humanity everywhere is beginning to act like it’s just 14AD all over again.. Inhumanity and horror abounds..

CNN POSTS AN EXCLUSIVE: Gruesome Syria photos may prove torture by Assad regime

CNN and the UK GUARDIAN has a joint exclusive on this Syrian story.. Here is what you need to know, thus far, about this developing story: There are photos of thousands of dead bodies in Syria. They are purportedly detainees who were killed in Syrian prisons. According to a ‘team of war crime prosecutors’ the photographs show direct evidence of war crimes and would stand up in an international tribunal …

More from CNN on a KEY point:

CNN cannot independently confirm the authenticity of the photographs, documents and testimony referenced in the report, and is relying on the conclusions of the team behind it, which includes international criminal prosecutors, a forensic pathologist, an anthropologist and an expert in digital imaging

CNN said that the images show a gruesome parallel to the Nazi death photos from World War II..

The evidence, we are told from the CNN report, comes from a defector named “Caesar.” He claimed to CNN that he photographed at least 50 bodies a day..

Obviously this is going to become a very quickly developing story. It’s been a while since Obama addressed the nation on Syria and war potentials.. maybe that address will soon have a sequel.

Then again, it is worth noting: We have been told many things in the past about war crimes that never were, such as babies being thrown from incubators in Iraq in the early 1990s.  I do believe, however, that there are tremendously horrid war crimes taking place in Syria.

I suppose we will learn more as time ticks on. I still think there is a potential that the United States will enter a war in Syria..

WOMB TO THE TOMB

Remember a few weeks ago when Syria crossed that ‘red line’.. the President went on TV, and the world was on the brink of World War III.

Until Vlad the Impaler Putin was able to get his best buddy Assad to ‘give up’ those weapons of some destruction.

But now comes this story from the LONDON TELEGRAH: Assad’s snipers, they report, are ‘targeting unborn babies’ .. the story is shocking.

Including with it is even a disturbing image of a fetus with a bulley lodged in its head.. And whether this is true not or, LIFENEWS (a pro-life oriented site) reports that an X-ray shows unborn baby being targeted screamed in pain ..

We have been here before—times when ‘doctors’ and other experts from within a nation say something has happened but history uncovers a fact that it never did. Think back to the babies being thrown from incubators in Iraq .. George H.W. Bush used it as part of the pretext to enter Gulf War I. It has since been revealed that those events did not occur, but simply were used as propaganda to humanize the war to sell it to America..

Is this new example of babies being killed in the womb another example of selling a war?

Is this war even for sale anymore?

The good old days weren't all that good but war's still as bad as it seems

I was 23 years young and dumb, fighting for my rights to party somewhere in a smoky bar room—you could smoke back then.. And on the cover of TIME MAGAZINE: George W. Bush with a big headline “Do you want this war?”

Americans were torn..
And now in 2013, after a decade of war and then some, only about 9% of Americans surveyed support military action in Syria. So much for the rest of the nation..

But absent this night: Media asking Americans if they want this war? No magazine covers—there’s apps for that now.. And hell, NEWSWEEK isn’t even printing anymore..right Tina?

Are we rushing into another one? And could this one be much worse?
After all, what would be he result of “tactical” strikes on Assad? We assume no one would retaliate — maybe not against us, but what about Israel? China’s red faced anger could show itself.. would they call in the debt!? And Russia? They’ll sick Snowden back on us..
Meanwhile a Shah sleeps in Iran, and does he have a plan?

It ain’t no end times. But Armageddon sure can come on quick. And these summer Armageddons are the worst.

Yes, indeed, this whole event already seems murky and messy. But ain’t that America.
…so, 89% that didn’t want the war a few days ago..do you want it now?

History made.. For all the wrong reasons

BEIRUT/AMMAN (Reuters) - Syria’s opposition accused government forces of gassing hundreds of people on Wednesday by firing rockets that released deadly fumes over rebel-held Damascus suburbs, killing men, women and children as they slept.

With the death toll estimated between 500 and 1,300, what would be the world’s most lethal chemical weapons attack since the 1980s prompted an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council in New York.

The council did not explicitly demand a U.N. investigation of the incident, although it said “clarity” was needed and welcomed U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon’s calls for a prompt investigation by the U.N. inspection team in Syria, led by Ake Sellstrom.

Troubling news..

Syrians are fleeing from war at a rate not seen since the Rwandan genocide..

That comes to us from the United Nations..

According to the UN, the number of people fleeing the conflict in Syria has escalated to an average of 6,000 a day during 2013 - a rate not seen since the genocide in Rwanda nearly two decades ago, U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres said on Tuesday… And if anyone remembers those dark days in Rwanda, go back through amnesia lane and treat yourself to some horrid history from the mid 90s..

Friday, June 14, 2013

United States military support for Syrian rebels will include small arms, ammunition and possibly anti-tank weapons, according to two officials familiar with the matter. The weapons will be provided by the CIA, the officials said.
