There are a collection online that blew my mind: Incredibly awkward pregnancy photos. And there is a set of 41 of them on the site Newslinq.

I don’t get it.. if these are a joke, then it’s just weird.. if they are serious attempts to showcase a pregnancy, then it’s weirder.

Either way, have fun.. 41 photos of oddities of woman and their stomachs.

With weird disasters and weather calamities making headlines around the world, it should be notable that past events were often even weirder—one such event occurred in 1919.

The ‘Great Molasses Disaster’ in Boston killed 21 people and injured 150.. It was exactly what it sounds like: A molasses flood.

A large molasses storage tank in the city burst on January 15, 1919.. The wave ran through streets at 35 miles per hour..

The aftermath was sticky ..

Men, women, and horses all perished in this bizarre accident.

The cleanup took two weeks.. 300 people.. and 87,000 man hours.

For years after, historical accounts say, hot summer days also featured the smell of molasses..

The youngest death was a ten-year-old and the oldest was 76.. The people ranged from teamsters to the unemployed to homemakers..

More proof that real news is stranger than fiction—and that events of yesteryear are often weirder than those of today.

This photo is exactly what you think it is.

A Cod.

And a dildo.

A man in Norway actually found the female pleasuring apparatus in his cod’s stomach. It’s assumed the fish didn’t purposely put it in there.

This money quote from the article:

He speculated that the machine, which still had a small motor at one end, had been tossed off a boat, perhaps by “a frustrated woman on a cruise” in the Barents Sea.

"The chances of winning the lottery are probably greater," he said.

A frustrated woman on a cruise. That’s a pretty interesting theory.

As for the lottery, I think this fish struck it long before Bjørn Frilund
