Knapp came back

George Knapp is like a cat.. he has 8 more lives to go.

Anyone who knows anything about George Knapp will know that he almost died of sepsis—this website was the first to report that weeks ago after learning the exclusive information directly from George Knapp himself.

Last night, he came back to Coast to Coast AM for his Sunday hosting gig, and thank God he did. Most forget what good radio sounded like..

Knapp had Brad Steiger and Williams Birnes as guests to talk about the ‘other’ America and paranormal topics. It was a great show—and a great credit goes to Knapp for returning and explaining why he was absent his hosting duties since November.

George Knapp is a great radio host and deserves as much appreciation as Art Bell.. people who listen to Coast to Coast AM know how lucky listeners are to have him.

Bravo Knapp. Glad you’re back..

If you're awake tonight around 1am

Turn off all the lights in the house, brew some tea, and listen to George Knapp interview David Paulides about strange disappearances on Coast to Coast AM..

He was on in March for the same topic and the show was excellent. No doubt tonight will be as creepy.

Coast to Coast AM suddenly made me feel scared again

It’s been a while since the late night radio show Coast to Coast AM was able to get under my skin and penetrate deep into my mind.. freak me out.. and make me look over my shoulder when I’m in the woods. Typically George Noory doesn’t have the ability that the great Art Bell did when he hosted full time..

But last night George Knapp took the show into a new direction.. paranormal meets true crime.. all with government cover ups and million dollar FIOA requests.

The show revolved around the odd disappearance of people in national parks—people vanishing for over 100 years. At times clothes are found with tiny bones left and no blood.. at times dogs get too scared to keep sniffing for victims.. at times people are found dry after being in snow or rain.. and a vast number of people who vanish are children. Making the scenario all the creepier, the government seems to get very edgy when people start to ask questions.

The show was an instant classic and should you be able to listen or have the chance to, it’s worth the four hours of your time.

And it may change your mind about going camping this year, too.

IF YOU'RE TRYING TO SLEEP BUT CAN'T, STOP SLEEPING AND JUST GET CREEPED OUT

Coast to Coast AM, tonight hosted by George Knapp, delves into the strange stories of people who are vanishing from national parks and forests.. no one quite knows why, the government doesn’t comment, and we are left to speculate. And look behind us if we’re in a park or forest, too.

Knapp’s a classy guy. Show is listenable when he hosts.. monotone voice and all.. Worth a listen if you’re sleepless in Seattle, San Diego, Sharltesville, or anywhere else coast to coast and around the world..

A little note that may interest Coasties

I’ve listened, often with a grain of salt, to Coast to Coast AM since I was a teenage kid growing up during the late 80s and roaring 90s..UFOs, cyberland, crazy guests, Y2K.. but those days are suddenly changing.

Art Bell, the often-retiring host, seems to have retired once more, and maybe this time for good.

George Snoory I mean Noory has hosted for a few years, but never quite replaced Art Bell..

This past weekend, guest host George Knapp, responding to a caller’s question, said Art Bell has retired, that it was his choice, and that the door of Coast to Coast AM is open for him to come back.

In my mind, and maybe my mind is wrong, this effectively kills the show as Art Bell created it.. It will be interesting to see how many Coast ‘insiders’ kill their renewals now that Knapp’s news on Sunday told of Art’s supposed retirement.. Somewhere in Manilla, a ham radio operator now exists named Art Bell, retired from the once great American Southwest..

Love him or hate him, he created a format that many still try to copy.
