Yes winter will be over soon. What will you complain about then?

I took note this morning, despite the frigid air and snow covered ground, there are birds again. They are flying.. they are chirping.. they are looking for food. They are coming back. Yes, indeed.. spring will spring.
And with it comes severe weather, the risk of tornadoes destroying homes, hurricane season, El Nino, record heat, misery, air conditioners breaking, and morbid high temperatures making trousers soaked in sweat for the remainder of the day. That is summer.. and right now lots of people are begging Mama Nature to provide that.  As for me? I’ll miss the cold. It’s already fleeting..

HEAT.. STORMS.. RECORDS BROKEN... THIS ISN'T NORMAL FOLKS. NOT NORMAL AT ALL. BUT WHAT IT IS? WE DON'T QUITE YET KNOW

It just feels like something is wrong, very wrong.

Perhaps the heat made me feel that way?

Could it be that 100+ degree heat indexes persuaded me to think that something has gone awry? Or is it that something has gone awry…?

Could it be that something is wrong?

Maybe there is a disturbance in the Force?..

I don’t know. I sometimes wait for the ‘other shoe to drop’ not knowing if there is a shoe or a drop coming.

In the final analysis, it’s a choice between this: Either I am overly negative or negative with purpose.

There will be another shoe or simply socks, socks soaked in sweat from a heat wave that broke 4,000 + records..

A tale of two sports

I was flipping back between the Celtics/Heat game the Masters.. What a major difference..

Fighting on the court of the Celtics game, with Lebron James smashing a ball against the Celtics player’s back.

Then to golf.. polite subdued claps, along with quiet announcers.

It made me laugh..

And for some reason I was just addicted to continuously switching back and forth
