Bring your Own Bongs: We were gonna crack eggs but they we got high.. 4/20 was Easter, but what seemed to matter more to many was that it was 4/20.. A public smoke out took place as a white cloud of pot smoke shrouded a park in Colorado.. 

I missed the 'dope show'.. but I will surely have to download today

John B. Wells, who should now be the main host on Coast since Art Bell won’t be coming back, had an interested subject matter last night, just in time for 420: The Dope Show. But the concept was interesting, and something no doubt many would believe in. That marijuana could be a great American money maker, and right now the only ones who profit from it being illegal are those in the illegal trade of it. Also mentioned, apparently, was the prison industry and how many juvenile offenders are locked away for way too long because of possession of the substance.. 

But the best may be the music Wells chose for the show:

There will be no doubt that I will be downloading and keeping this one for future enjoyment.

It’s been a surreal week. Beware Ares. We should have..

Sometimes this song is the soundtrack to our current events. We meander through the fields and greens of this planet… fearing our surroundings and trembling at the present. But when we lay down at night, we do in fact to seem just be glad to be here..

Tonight is one of those nights to fire up an old radio and sit under the stars.

Here in my hometown, though, in the Coal Region of Pennsylvania, the temperatures have taken a turn for the winter. It’s going to go well below freezing tonight..but it’s still good to be here.

From the bars that trap your mind to the bars that zap them, be glad to be here.

So if you’re clubbing, pubbing, or stumbling this Saturday night, raise a glass or even a 4-20ed rolled up something and celebrate the past, the present, and the future.

No matter how much it makes you tremble..
