Meanwhile, in June 2014: The Islamic State of Iraq is rising.. Tikrit has fallen. . Mosul has fallen.. As a matter of fact, one story from Mosul states that there may ‘not be one Christian left’ in the city. Baghdad may fall next. At least 500,000 have fled.. and graphic (warning, very graphic) footage is now online of what Iraq’s current state of upheaval looks like..
