In reviewing data for next week, we believe the Arctic intrusion expected next week into early February will be more severe and will last longer than it did in the northeast for the “polar vortex”-coined event earlier this month.

I looked at the same data he did.. And yes.. WINTER is not over.
It’s interesting, I remember reading some stories back last year, even from Accuweather, about how there was going to be cold at Christmas followed by a period of warmth in January followed by the real winter season in February. I guess those forecasts are becoming clearer as we get closer. The famed polar vortex will be back..
If only SNL had Chris Farley to play the Polar Votex as well as he played El Nino, we’d be set.
