Firefighters in Philadelphia are responding to a building collapse, the city’s fire department says.

CNN affiliate KYW reports there are injuries.

Aerial footage of the scene shows a large pile of rubble in what appears to be a residential area with multistory buildings.

This does not sound good.. The area had tons of rain in the past 24 hours.. Wonder if that added to the problem here
