Booms and groans and noises abound: There have been earth noises and booms reported in 7 states in the last 24 hours.. 

One report in Georgia actually came from a resident who said the booms occurred and his driveway lifted up with cracks in the road.. The groans and booms reported all to be appearing along the location of the North American Craton..
