Intoxication nation?

So 20/20 is running a show tonight called INTOXICATION NATION. I have been briefly watching it.. it’s painting a pretty morbid picture of the current generation, and the drinking class that seems to be classless. People do shots in their eyes? Am I just getting old or what!?

Nonetheless.. I’d be curious on opinions out there. 

Are you a binge drinker? Know someone who is? Want to be one? Hate it? 

The real question though is this: ARE WE REALLY AN INTOXICATED NATION? Has alcohol eaten away our ability to reason? Are we truly just walking morsels of what we used to be?

The Charlie Sheen soap opera continues today

After last night’s Hugh Hefner-lite appearance on ABC, a court order led to a late night removal of his two sons from his party mansion.. Sheen is now busy making the rounds launching a counter offensive against all those who are anti Sheen..

Are we watching the dimming of a once bright star? Or .. are we being “Sheened” ..?

Charlie Sheen is perhaps the most intelligent Hollywood star in years! His TV show is going to be even more famous if it’s canceled, it may end up on HBO making millions more in a special.. that’s if he makes the right choices. Wrong choices will lead him to a VH1 reality show about losing weight, if he gains weight, or perhaps even an appearance on a future episode of Donald Trump’s THE APPRENTICE, if Donald doesn’t run for president.

Blanket media attention will continue on Sheen on a special edition of “20/20” to air Tuesday, March 1st, 2011.. An interview with Charlie Sheen. Just him, though, Alex Jones will not be there.
