Is this an only in Pennsylvania type of thing?
In Wilkes-Barre, DUCT TAPE is being used to repair a building.
WNEP is reporting that permanent repairs are coming. Until then, the old duct tape route is being taken.
And if I had to make a prediction, I’d say the DUCT TAPE would hold longer than future construction anyway..
But still.. really..?
