Regardless, Twitter deserves recognition for its principled upholding of the spirit of the First Amendment. It’s a shame that PayPal, Amazon, Visa, Mastercard, Bank of America and the U.S. government all failed — and continue to to fail — at their own versions of that test.
Police said that at 6 a.m. on Jan. 1, the victim, 20, was asleep at the party, held on Center Mills Road, when a 23-year-old man lit his pants on fire as a prank.
The man then walked away, police said.
A witness looked in the room and saw the victim’s pants on fire — from his knee to his foot — and put it out, police said.
Being a soon-to-be parent is strange.. but even stranger is watching the hands and feet of your soon-to-be son poke through your wife’s stomach..
For Tara, every day has been take your child to work day. Your active, apparently happy, or angry, baby boy in the womb.. I feel forher. The sleepless nights are getting more sleepless, as the lungs are being pushed along with any other vital organs in Ayden’s way.
The miracle of life.. it’s unstoppable. And every night around 9pm Ayden becomes unstoppable, as well.
And he’s coming. Soon. Eight months in, and Tara can’t wait. Neither can I. Of course, if we think sleepless night are sleepless now..? Wait until true sleeplessness sets in.

Politics is a dirty game to begin with, but when violence like we saw this weekend is thrown into the mix, it brews a bad combination of continued vitriol and obnoxious debate. And it forces those who really care about the future to get shouted down by those who don’t and America loses.
Nonetheless, it’s going to be a week filled with hostile rage, debate over ‘ring wingers’ vs ‘left wingers.’ .. And moderates, rationals, and sensibles, all will lose moderation and rationality in their quest for sensible debate.
…it’s going to be a bumpy, divided ride.
