Police said that at 6 a.m. on Jan. 1, the victim, 20, was asleep at the party, held on Center Mills Road, when a 23-year-old man lit his pants on fire as a prank.
The man then walked away, police said.
A witness looked in the room and saw the victim’s pants on fire — from his knee to his foot — and put it out, police said.
