Teflon stick..

I need some advice. I am going to throw away all my Teflon pans.. I have cast iron. Anyone recommend anything else? Stainless steel?

I know that Teflon has issues —at least if it chips. My Gordon Ramsay pans are actually scratching and chipping. Time to get RID OF THE CANCER RISK..

But what is best?

I use the cast iron for mostly meats or fish.. 

I need something else to saute.

Lately I have overused my NUWAVE oven lately and feel it may be on its last wave..

Most of America seemed to just disregard months of information about the Edward Snowden leaks.. Spying? eh.. surveillance? whattava.. Listening through my phone? Figured.

But..

SPYING ON MY THROUGH ANGRY BIRDS!? What the hell, yo!

It’s true!

According to some earth shattering information being revealed now, Edward Snowden’s leaked documents show that the NSA is spying on people through the popular game ANGRY BIRDS. 

Damage control now:

Angry Birds maker Rovio said it had no knowledge of any NSA or GCHQ programs or mechanisms for tapping into its users’ data.

"Rovio doesn’t have any previous knowledge of this matter, and have not been aware of such activity in 3rd party advertising networks," said Saara Bergstrom, Rovio’s VP of marketing and communications. "Nor do we have any involvement with the organizations you mentioned [NSA and GCHQ]."

But the damage is already done. The Black Bomb Bird already struck. But will you delete? Or just keep playing until you finish the game?

Quentin Tarantino has filed a copyright lawsuit against Gawker Media for allegedly disseminating copies of his script, The Hateful Eight. Last week, the famous director was outraged after details about the Western circulated. He was so irate that he told the media that he wouldn’t be making the picture as his next film.

Every now and then, mainstream media sources run a story that causes eyebrows to raise.. Today is no different.. The ASSOCIATED PRESS published an article about the New Madrid fault line and how it’s alive and active. The government held a great American ‘shake out’ last year as a practice to what would happen if the New Madrid moved. But regardless of preparations, we are not really quite ready for what would happen. In 1811 and 1812, quakes there actually were felt in New England. Scientists quoted in the AP article now say that a repeat performance of the 1811 and 1812 quakes are possible..

Concerning the report on the USGS now worrying about an active New Madrid fault line, Holly Deyo noted on Standeyo.com:

 ”This is a 180º turnaround from what USGS scientists stated a decade ago. They said then the New Madrid quake zone was ‘dead’ – no danger. Maybe this explains why FEMA has totally geared up their preps in and around the entire Midwest over the last 2 years.” ..

Yesterday the my other site the HORROR REPORT and this website alerted readers to what it described as 'signs'.. It was of peace doves being let loose by Pope Francis and other birds attacking them. I know, I know.. tin foil hat time. But..Even weirder, and something I did not see until today, not only did a large seagull attack but so did a large black crow.. 

Now I see SIGNS where I didn’t yesterday..

We’re not done with creepy religious themed news yet: A vial of blood has reportedly been stolen from an Italian church.. The blood of Pope John Paul II And this from the IB TIMES in the UK: The blood has been stolen by Satanists in Italy..


Funny enough, all this bird symbolism with Pope Francis made me think back to 2005, shortly before Pope John Paul II died.. he was visited at the balcony of St. Peter’s Square by his own birds, at that time a peace dove.. And now, almost ten years later, peace doves are being attacked in Rome by black crows..

Government scientists are deliberately giving dozens of volunteers the flu by squirting the live virus straight up their noses

The Associated Press reports on the story as though it should be read as the last news bit on a 11pm local news, after weather and sports.. A fun little tale about the government testing 100 Americans over the next year to see just what happens when the flu is sent directly into their bodies..

What I wonder, though, is the darker side of this … How many times are experiments done on Americans without knowledge?  Sure, I have my tin foil hat appropriately adjusted. But when I see a story like this drop, I always question is they are trying to get something like this more into the mainstream for some reason

VATICAN CITY (AP) — Two white doves that were released by children standing alongside Pope Francis as a peace gesture have been attacked by other birds.

As tens of thousands of people watched in St. Peter’s Square on Sunday, a seagull and a large black crow swept down on the doves right after they were set free from an open window of the Apostolic Palace.

One dove lost some feathers as it broke free from the gull. But the crow pecked repeatedly at the other dove.

It was not clear what happened to the doves as they flew off.

This is an image of workers shoveling the MetLife stadium in East Rutherford New Jersey. It ran in a DAILY MAIL story about how the United States is facing such ungodly cold and snow that even the SUPERBOWL may postponed!

That sounds awfully scary. 

What would scare me would be to know you have to shovel an entire stadium even time it snows—and may it look as pretty as possible for an open air Superbowl. Who decided that again….? 

If it snows, unless Chris Christie decides to make a snow cone, chances are it’s going to be messy.

I did a long range forecast look on Accuweather for the Superbowl location. At this time, right now, Superbowl Saturday/Sunday calls for cloudy with snow on Saturday and rain and snow on Sunday. Both days 35 degrees. Bearable temperatures by next weekend.. but the mess of a storm  may blanket the game..
