We all need to take a deep breath and ask if this was the correct response in Boston…
Welcome to America
We all need to take a deep breath and ask if this was the correct response in Boston…

(The one good thing it would have done won’t happen. A CISPA amendment that would have banned employers from asking for Facebook passwords was voted down in the House)
53 is young.
I remember singing this as an 11-year-old and getting in trouble in school..
Rip Chrissy Amphlett
Great .. Now Apple keeps record of me searching for crimes about women tearing off their boyfriends’ penises and how to make zambiolone ..
And why didn’t Apple tell anyone this!?
Sorry Siri. We are through.
I’ll stick to Google so the NSA can get my searches, like it should be.
The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings suffered an injury to his throat and may not be able to talk, a federal official told CNN on Saturday..
I bet lots of folks wish the FCC would be ok with them speaking from the heart on live Tv
Data show a sizable increase in the amount of meat contaminated with antibiotic-resistant forms of bacteria, like salmonella, E. coli and campylobacter.
That’s right. Bacteria.. resistant to anything.
Eat up.
Time to go vegan?
So is the homeland, says no one’s favorite senator Lindsay Graham. He also wants more surveillance and drones to track citizens.
Remember he also said that the Boston bombing suspect should not be read Miranda.. And the suspect was not.
(CNN) - Perhaps the only man in the world who can explain why the Boston Marathon bombings took place is sedated with a tube down his throat, unable to speak.
Suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev was in serious but stable condition at a Boston hospital and cannot talk, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick told reporters.
John B. Wells, who should now be the main host on Coast since Art Bell won’t be coming back, had an interested subject matter last night, just in time for 420: The Dope Show. But the concept was interesting, and something no doubt many would believe in. That marijuana could be a great American money maker, and right now the only ones who profit from it being illegal are those in the illegal trade of it. Also mentioned, apparently, was the prison industry and how many juvenile offenders are locked away for way too long because of possession of the substance..
But the best may be the music Wells chose for the show:
PAPER PLANES by MIA, WHITE RABBIT by Jefferson Airplane, COCAINE by JJ Cale, and the DOPE SHOW by Marilyn Manson.
There will be no doubt that I will be downloading and keeping this one for future enjoyment.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will not hear his Miranda rights before the FBI questions him Friday night. He will have to remember on his own that he has a right to a lawyer, and that anything he says can be used against him in court, because the government wont tell him.
Interesting article..
We really need to contemplate this one, America.. we really do.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in serious condition as civil liberties groups express concerns over plan to question him without reading him his rights
The GUARDIAN reports:
US officials said an elite interrogation team would question theMassachusetts college student without reading him his Miranda rights, something that is allowed on a limited basis when the public may be in immediate danger, such as instances in which it is feared bombs are planted and ready to be detonated.
The ACLU executive director, Anthony Romero, said the legal exception applied only when there was a continued threat to public safety and was “not an open-ended exception” to the Miranda rule, which guarantees the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney.
The federal public defender’s office in Massachusetts said it had agreed to represent Tsarnaev once he is charged. Miriam Conrad, public defender for Massachusetts, said he should have a lawyer appointed as soon as possible because there were “serious issues regarding possible interrogation”.
As I said the other night.. if we are all ok with this, does it say anything about us as a nation? I think yes.
