Engineers have been attempting to stop a disaster in Baton Rouge and New Orleans by flooding farmland and other small towns up river.. thespillways have been opened in order to save New Orleans from catastrophe. While not many are arguing the morals of saving a big city by destroying small ones, it’s occurring now. Today, and this week.. Crest expected in Memphis Monday..
