This happened a few days ago.. but I read thoroughly about it this evening..
THICK HAZE DESCENDS OVER CHINESE CITY
Industrial accident? Chemical plant explosion? Naaahhh.. China says simply ‘straw burning’ is the culprit for a thick and mysterious haze that has descended over Wuhan city..
The haze is yellow-grey-green in color .. government tells young and old alike to stay indoors..
The haze started to make headlines around June 11.. Around that time, China detained 2 people for “pollution rumor” .. No word on whether those detained are still …around, so to speak..
One theory was that high school students were burning books after graduation.. Much more serious notions of why the thick fog showed up exist.

When I was a kid I purchased gifts for my dad (as I did this year) for Father’s Day. Of course having your own child and getting your own Father’s Day gift makes it special.
When I was younger and dumber I had this notion that I understood everything in the world.. I believed I could answer everything with sarcasm or irony. I could not, of course. As time went on I came to fully understand that..
But having a child makes you realize it even more.
Mother’s Day. Father’s Day. Days to honor those most important. Yes, indeed, those days matter.
There is a place for mom and dad in the world.. and regardless of television programs and commercials making fathers look absolutely naive and stupid, there is a place for me in the act of raising my son. As I age and become more of a father I see that. I see the importance of my actions… inactions.. and reactions. Life is short and sweet..
Fatherhood seems to make it even sweeter but yet shorter all at the same time.

I have been hearing some audible complaints recently that “we haven’t even had summer weather yet.”
Well… get ready. Ye ask, ye receive. Get your sweat buckets out, ice up the water, put the beer in the fridge.. and get ready to ring our your perspiration filled T shirts by noon: This week is going to see the first heat wave of summer 2012. From the looks of weather models and forecast maps, it will be intense.
Temperatures in D.C. will feel as hot as 105 or more. Places in Virginia could feel like 110.
Summer 2012 indeed here..

A big fat Greek election.
But this one has some very big implications for not only Greece but the world too.
The Greeks, sick of austerity, layoffs, and children being abandoned in the streets by increasingly poverty-stricken parents, may dump the Euro. Critics say if they do that, it could spark a world crisis on the economic front.
Get ready for a news blitz as events get crazy in Euroland.

Mitt Romney came to my home state of Pennsylvania this weekend.. He told people who were listening that he was going to win the state this November against Obama. Also while he was here, he was quite fascinated with Wawa, a chain of stores in the Southeastern part of the state. And he stepped into the debate in the state that divides it literally in half: Sheetz vs Wawa.
The Ticket writes it this way:
What inspired him: A computer at Wawa that allows customers to type in what they want on a sandwich, as opposed to ordering it through a human cashier. It was a technology, he said, that had been fostered by competition—competition he said the federal government lacks in delivering its services to Americans. He said the government’s lack of competition and bureaucracy was hurting the United States in keeping jobs that are moving to other countries.
But more than anything, Romney seemed blown away by the Wawa computers, which he raved about.
"You press a little touchtone key pad… You touch this, touch this, touch this, go pay the cashier, and there’s your sandwich," Romney said. "It’s amazing!"
I suspect Romney hasn’t had to be at a convenient store in a long time. This may be his moment of disassociation with reality. Remember in 1992 when George Bush senior was amazed with cash registers and the price of bread? … yes.. This candidate sometimes just can’t get ahead.
The irony of course is that people in Sheetz terriroty of PA, simply by default of the location, would have been more apt to have voted for him instead of the Wawa real estate portion. Maybe he also botched up some chances by siding with the Wawa market.
Father's Day Sunday Morning Sidewalk news
Despite how great of a day it is for me and other dads out there, the news goes on. Here’s a collection of what I read this morning .. I think I’ll stop for a while—it’s all too much—and drink some french vanilla coffee out of my new BATMAN mug…
Here’s the news. Read it and weep. Or just weep before you read.
Greek wildfire rages near Athens..
Wildfire in Colorado rages, destroying homes..
Welcome to another jobless cruel summer..
30,000 drones may be flying over the United States in the next ten years.. Civil libertarians cry foul while frankly no one hears their valid concerns.
Secret X-37B lands..
Radiohead stage collapses before show.. 1 dead..
New revelations released.. A sordid Secret Service history was hidden from public.. Drunken escapades, assault..
The final battle of Pope Benedict.. Struggle behind the scenes, along with backbiting and scandal..
And for all the dads out there who like solar flares (me included) this one is for you
Geomagnetic storms are circling Earth’s poles in the wake of a double CME impact on June 16th.. Earth’s magnetic field has strongly compressed after the flares and impact.. After nightfall Saturday Northern Lights were visible even in the Northern United States such as North Dakota and Wisconsin..
There aren’t too many times I’d say I would like to live in North Dakota, but I saw some pictures on SpaceWeather and Facebook of the Northern Lights over North Dakota and it looked like absolute majesty in the sky.
There is beauty to solar flares.. until that day when a series of X flares knocks out power and modern life. But at least Northern Lights will be looking pretty amid the lack of technology.
A big happy father's day to all the dads out there
It’s my second now (yea can’t believe that). Feel like a veteran. My gift was a beautiful framed photo of me holding my son minutes he was born.. and my other gift is a BATMAN mug for my coffee. Pretty cool.

Maybe America is kind after all
Remember a week ago when the author of a book about the kindness of America was shot?
I thought things online would be there 'forever'
I had a website YEARS ago hosted on Angelfire. I also had a Guestbook that, only this week, I found out was gone forever. Seriously.. they deleted it on me. You know, I guess… things change. So this guestbook existed since the year 1998. There were tons of memories in there. I signed up with an email address that is now non existent. So if I had an email that was existent as the main contact, I would have known since April it was going away. Alas! I didn’t.
So there goes that guestbook.. filled with as many memories as a photo album. Friends…long nights of messaging back and forth when the internet was in its infancy.. drunken stupors in text. All that in this guestbook. The world was able to read it.
And now it’s gone.
I know people say if you type something online “it will last forever.”
Tell that to people who had websites on Geocities. Or those who had Tripod guestbooks. Or slambooks (remember those!?) Or ICQ.
I hopefully think that somewhere, in the vast universe, the keys we stroked and letters we typed still exist. But with all these companies folding their ventures and replacing them with nothing, I dare to think that there are some things online that will never exist again. And that’s sad.
What will exist is Facebook. .Maybe Myspace? That’s up to Murdoch. Maybe Tumblr, that’s up to Karp if he makes money.. and Google blogger, which is probably up to the CIA more than anyone else.
Yes.. what you type may not exist tomorrow.
Kind of sad, in a way. Years of Guestbook entries back when the net was young have just been deleted from countless sites…
They better not get rid of Angelfire. Or else if they do, my entire 18 years old to 21 years old period of my life is gone. Forever.
The latest Lilo: Paramedics rushed to her due to exhaustion in her LA hotel.. but she wasn't taken to the hospital
THE MONEY QUOTE
Celebrity news website TMZ meanwhile reported that the 25-year-old had been working for two days almost non-stop, including shooting parts of the movie near the hotel.
Her spokesman Steve Honig told E! News: “Last night she worked from 7:00 pm to 8:00 am. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep.
"Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydrated.

I was a young subscriber to TIME magazine, and I remember getting this issue in 1993. I now look back … I was 13 then and I am 31 now. I am a father. Wow.. I am what I’d never thought I’d be when I was 13. But now I am completely fine with that… It just fascinates me how life changes. By the way, I am posting this while my son, Ayden, is messily trying to eat his chicken noodle soup. He got mad at first that there were no crackers in his soup… I am at his command.
Yes, indeed, how life changes.
I wonder what will be on TIME magazine when he is 13. I wonder if there will be a TIME when he is 13……….
(By the time I was done writing this post, at 7:13 pm EDT this Friday night, Ayden dumped the entire bowl of chicken soup on the floor. Guess he’s not hungry)

Too bad SNL is on summer recess. Fox and Friends had an issue this morning, as Gretchen Carlson walked off the set of the show after male hosts made comments on how ‘women are everywhere,’ such as the Navy, golf, and tennis.

For those following, you know this: When there is dramatic testimony in the Jerry Sandusky trial that really means the news headlines should be rated X. Seriously, horrible stuff is coming to light. Today’s headline is that Sandusky referred to himself as the tickle monster. Even more, one witness said while a molestation occurred, he screamed in Sandusky’s basement while no one came to help..
All this in front a jury.. I can only imagine what is going through their minds this weekend.
"What was I going to do? Look at him, he’s a big guy, bigger than me. Way bigger than me."
That is what Victim Number 9 testified to today. This is why he said he took part in oral sex and all the like in Sandusky’s basement….
Happy valley indeed.
I am frankly at the point where I cannot even watch the news accounts of the trial or read dispatches anymore.. there’s no way I could have been on this jury. No way at all.
So you’re up next, Karl Rominger. And what say you defense team?

This one just fascinates me.. Hand prints in a cave so ancient, so old, so long ago, that they are not that of modern man. So modern folks weren’t the only artists .. Art began long ago in Spain.
The AP story on the Spanish cave paintings says this:
Testing the coating of paintings in 11 Spanish caves, researchers found that one is at least 40,800 years old, which is at least 15,000 years older than previously thought. That makes them older than the more famous French cave paintings by thousands of years.
Scientists dated the Spanish cave paintings by measuring the decay of uranium atoms, instead of traditional carbon-dating, according to a report released Thursday by the journal Science. The paintings were first discovered in the 1870s.
Did you read this? 40,000 years old
And here is more:
The oldest of the paintings is a red sphere from a cave called El Castillo. About 25 outlined handprints in another cave are at least 37,300 years old. Slightly younger paintings include horses.
So all those bad stories, bad press, and bad rumors about Neanderthals may have been false. Among them may have been a da Vinci, Picasso, or maybe even a Beethoven.
An amazing story…..don’t you think?
It's not done yet
Even more news that will intrigue and … make sick.. and convince you that the end is near. Even though it isn’t. Maybe we all just hope it is…

The summer of insanity: Corpses, cannibal attacks, collapsing currency.. and the summer Olympics
News today on the zombie attack: Newly released photos of the ‘zombie victim’ that the Miami Muncher attacked over Memorial Day weekend are circulating the web. Ronald Poppo is the victim. If you so choose you can Google the images yourself, I don’t think it’s appropriate to post them on here. The hospital released two very graphic images of his facial wounds—with his permission.
You may not need further proof after looking at the photos of just how insane the world is. It’s the summer of insanity. Bath salt mania. Frantic crime waves. Tide is being stolen from store shelves and being sold on the black market—a black market shiny clean with Tide, perhaps.
More oddity, again from Florida: A naked corpse washes up on Flagler Beach. There just must be something up with peninsulas this year as well.
It’s only June, folks. How much stranger and creepier could our daily headlines get? I suspect….just as the heat intensifies so will the strange factor. Zombies and rage… are vampires next?

Truly cannot believe how fast time is going.
I am an Art Bell fan. There are nights I can’t stand current Noory Coast to Coast AM. Maybe he means well but the night lacks the magic it once did. Being the Bell fan I am, I listen often to U7 radio and FineArtStream.com radio… often they play blasts from the pasts of aliens in the freezer and Area 51 conspiracy… from those old days of 1999. 2000. 2001. 2002. All time gone by..
Today in particular I listened to a show during my morning commute from 1999 about reincarnation. It was typical Art Bell. But 1999!? March of 1999 to be exact. I was 18 and not even done high school yet, that would come in June of that year. So I wondered what exactly I was doing that night.. where I was… how I felt. How the years have gone by.. how remarkable they have been, but how incredibly fast they are, as well.
On the same front, my niece turned 21 this past weekend… Wow. That is big. Considering that I remember, not vaguely but fondly, playing with her when she was born. I was just a kid, full of energy, crawling around. Now with my own son there are some nights my legs cramp up and my back kills me. I am only 31 but often wonder … if this is how 31 feels I dread 40. And 50.
And before I know it I will be 40, 50, and 60. Maybe by then FineGeorgeStream.com will exist..? Maybe by then we will all be programmed robots. Nanotechnology will take over and eliminate human emotion from life. Leaving just a stagnant and lifeless corpse, filled with blood and a brain that remembers nothing? There will be drones littering the sky.. there will be flying cars (maybe not).. However maybe we can all agree: Pay phones will be gone.
Yes, indeed. How fast time flies truly freaks me out. I often wonder where it goes? Stephen King may have an idea. Maybe the Langoliers actually do eat the time that is gone.. Old time a flyin? The same flower … tomorrow.. dyin’…..
Yes, indeed.
Since old time is still a flyin’ perhaps it’s best to resist the dyin’ that eventually will occur. Unless we do reincarnate like the person who was a guest on Art Bell in 1998 believed. Reincarnation over and over again. Living through old time over and over again. Time that flies by regardless of what life we live…

Yes indeed.. This could be the end.

Lots of folks apparently are in to old women showing off some saggy nipples. Really. I had a jump in hits today on CoalSpeaker.com because yesterday I put some news on here about Sagonna and her flashing areola.
So why not post a photo of her bare nipple?
There are two reasons, besides me not wanting to.
- You can find it yourself. Google it, and turn off moderate safe search. You’ll see it. All red and puffy.
- I really could care less.
Sure, I am posting another story about it on here, along with posting a photo of post-nip-slip Madonna on stage. Coyly looking at her audience.. “What did I do? I am just the material girl.” Material Momma Madonna can shock a crowd. But as I pointed out yesterday Lady Gaga suffered a concussion and still performed JUDAS. Though there just seems to be some veiled religious message about being whacked in the head during a song about the man accused of turning in the Christ.. right?
Nonetheless, Madonna slipped her nipple. But the world still rotates. All is right with the world—as right as it could be. Ford is in his flivver. Really, is it that big of a deal?
British media often labels America as prudish. I think maybe they are right. A nipple in itself isn’t overly fascinating once you truly study it. The FCC may fine people for flashing it, ala Janet Jackson, but really what is the big deal about one? Most of us have two. Some even have three. Those with three aren’t sexy. Those with two, as long as they are women, are heralded when they show one. Men who should wear bras that have nipples are lampooned.
So for the medical record. This is a nipple:
And THIS is a nipple on a foot:
Any questions?
Bet you won’t search for Madonna’s nipple now!
All the news unfit to print.. And then some

The old days are gone.. a stroll down amnesia lane: The internet that once was
Had a family discussion tonight about the amazing web history… My sister reminded me of the mid 90s when I slept her over house and my brother-in-law connected us to the net, via the dial up phone line, for the first time. It was like stepping into uncharted territory.. dialing up to watch a website load, it taking three minutes.. and you being a part of the information superhighway.
Those glorious days of ugly GIFs and badly designed websites.. those days of 60+ search engines instead of Google dominating.. those days of “Chat lines” that adults said to stay away from (Chat1.com was my favorite).. Yes, indeed, the wild west of the web was at your fingertips, you just had to stick around for a while to let the web load.
Things then weren’t really “live.” But if you searched enough you were able to find some cutting edge sites. Artbell.com, drudgereport.com, and some others were on the fringe. They charted territory for the future. And Geocities and Angelfire in reality could be considered the first blogs. People on them told a personal story.. the 20th century unplugged was on free sites with really long web links. Now it’s blogger and Tumblr and… well, you know the rest.
And why do I bring this up? Well, because first off I can and secondly because it shows how far we have come. From the days when you can be anonymous online to the current world where everyone knows your name, along with A/S/L and what you are currently eating, or drinking, or thinking.
The mid 90s in my opinion was the greatest time for the web. It was exciting and fresh.. it was amazing and new. And now it’s stale and everyone, governments and corporations combined, just want to control it.
Remember when it was fun to dial up and be connected? And wen you met someone in a chat room you did not trust, you just quick reached around and unplugged the phone line from the wall. Those were the days. Safety first, submission of personal data second. How things have changed..
I remember a computer was my Christmas gift in the later 90s.. I remember I had no clue what I was doing. I just hooked up and, well, suddenly the world was at my fingertips. I even remember when I figured out how to design a website (And if you know anything about me you know that HorroReport.com is my other site and it has maintained the same design since 2001, for better or worse.)
And now here we are.. the net is everywhere, you are connected no matter where you go. I think I liked the dial up disconnect. The ability to stop the net for a while and just hang up on the worldwide web of superinformation on a superhighway.
Those days are gone. Here are the days of Facebook.. constantly being connected.. and in a way constantly being disconnected. People went from visiting online to living online. Tumbling through things to Tumblering through things. From posting photos occasionally to lifestreaming, livevideo, and live everything.
The wild days of the net are gone. The predictable days of the net are here.
Bring back the 90s, when everything was fresh and new.
But it can’t be that way.
No matter how many moving GIFs you put on your site..
Tonight in the world of music: Concussions and nipples
Lady Gaga suffers concussion during JUDAS in New Zealand.. Dancer hit her in the head with a pole .. And even more news from the strange world of female artists: Lady Gaga may have been hit during a concert but Madonna hit her audience with a shocking little red blotch: She flashed her nipple in Istanbul.. So Lady Gaga hit in New Zealand.. Madonna’s bare breast in Istanbul. More proof that nothing exciting in the world of music happens in the United States anymore..

Props to the creator or “Mrs Doubtfire as a Horror Film” .. truly funny. And it could actually work.
Mrs. Doubtfire as a Horror Film
Across the country no fewer than 3.2 million seniors are graduating about now from more than 37,000 high schools. That’s 37,000 valedictorians … 37,000 class presidents … 92,000 harmonizing altos … 340,000 swaggering jocks … 2,185,967 pairs of Uggs. Even if you’re one in a million, on a planet of 6.8 billion that means there are nearly 7,000 people just like you. You’ve been pampered, cosseted, doted upon, helmeted, bubble wrapped … feted and fawned over and called sweetie pie. You see, if everyone is special, then no one is. If everyone gets a trophy, trophies become meaningless. … We have of late, we Americans, to our detriment, come to love accolades more than genuine achievement. The fulfilling life, the distinctive life, the relevant life is an achievement. to do whatever you do for no reason other than you love it and believe in its importance. The sweetest joys of life, then, come only with the recognition that you’re not special. Because everyone is.

The mystery of the Vatican bank
I’ll admit it, I know there is a scandal about the Vatican bank, allegations of money laundering.. and God knows what else (God should know since this is his bank, right?) But while I know there is a currently evolving and developing scandal, I really can’t explain it to you or even to myself. But I know this, it’s creepy to think that a church has its own country, library of hidden books that may unearth many mysteries of our planet, its own bank, and its own jail cell which now houses the Pope’s butler. It’s just all too weird and creepy.
I think the linked Reuters report says it best when it opens the story with this:
For a financial institution whose ATMs offer Latin as a language option, whose offices are below the pope’s windows and where tellers work under the gaze of crucifixes, one might assume the Vatican bank would have a dispensation from earthly travails
The mystery of the Vatican bank
A hurricane nearly hit New York City last year, but new analysis shows what would happen if one hit head on
And you know it will happen one day. It almost seems like it’s overdue for a large one, don’t you think?
The LA TIMES reports on what would occur. (easy for them to say, they just have earthquakes and wildfires to deal with, someone else’s misery is their favorite kind.. I kid Rene Lynch, I kid)
But in all seriously, the LA TIMES reports that New York City is at risk for a major strike from an Atlantic storm, and it could cost $168 billion with a b if it happened.
Indeed, that will not be the weekend to be in the big apple.
A big FYI from the land of childhood
Little CoalSpeaker Ayden Morris got his cast off today. It went well. It didn’t seem he was scared by the saw—mom and dad explained that it was just a louder blender, and he knows blenders make him milkshakes.
It has been a trying month for the little man.
A fractured tibia.. a first day of day care—one fresh with a bite from another child—and now the cast coming off.
I think maybe all of this is more trying for the parents than the child. His fresh 15 1/2 month old memory may not hold.. My 31 year old mind and mom’s 32 year old brain will recall the month’s activities with squeamish and skittish faces.
Now back to normal for Ayden. He refuses to eat his breakfast and just wants to play with legos. It’s interesting, this childhood stuff.. interesting.
This may be ignored by mainstream media, but it is one of the most important stories currently happening: Suicides are surging among United States troops
Here are the facts:
The upswing of suicides has caught some by surprise because of 2010 and 2011 numbers leveling off..
Robert Burns of the AP writes this:
Suicides are surging among America’s troops, averaging nearly one a day this year - the fastest pace in the nation’s decade of war.
The 154 suicides for active-duty troops in the first 155 days of the year far outdistance the U.S. forces killed in action in Afghanistan - about 50 percent more - according to Pentagon statistics obtained by The Associated Press
The AP dispatch can’t play up these numbers enough: Almost 1 for every day ..
We are seeing something unique in our current wars and soon to be post wars (and maybe soon to be new wars).. Battle grounds new and different. People don’t die in big numbers last in past wars… now injuries are soaring along with mental issues and PTSD among troops.
Will officials address concerns of our soldiers? Will we treat war vets with the care they need?
Current suicide numbers are dismaying .. and distressing for all of those who hope we honor our soldiers as they should be honored..
This may be ignored by mainstream media, but it is one of the most important stories currently happening: Suicides are surging among United States troops
And it's not just freaky weather occurrences like the high school hail storm that are weird, it's also the amount of warmth that has overtaken the United States over the past several months
Warmth that has broken records and caused there to be a year without a winter early in ‘12.. It’s extremely rare according to the weather experts among .. 2012 had the warmest spring on record.
Yes, it is getting warmer. it’s not just your imagination. Record books prove it.
So now what..

What is the truth on Fukushima
A good comment response to my post last night on radiation from Fukushima spreading around the world, to which I responded. Hope to see more comments on this. I think it’s an important issue. What is debatable at this point may be how much of a danger the world is in from Fukushima effects. But what is not debatable is how important the issue is; whether we have a future of fish we can’t eat and cancer or a future of nuclear power becoming more dangerous despite people’s current opinion, it’s an important issue. So join in the discussion..
Truth is the middle of two extremes. But how extreme is the most extreme of Fukushima..?

RAY BRADBURY DEAD
This is a pretty big deal. A famous author.. Science fiction may have been his thing. But as we see, fiction is often less strange than truth. And today’s scientific society is more like a science fiction novel than any other. RIP Bradbury.. Will truly be talent missed on earth..

It has been 68 years now since D-Day..
Less and less news coverage occurs every year.
This year, though, the account of Bernard Friedenberg, a 90-year-old World War II medic who took part in the D-Day invasion, is haunting.
He recalls a mortally-wounded soldier gasping for air.. he recalls an ‘absolute massacre’ .. he speaks ofpatching ‘guys up right and left..
Yes indeed, the greatest generation is slowly leaving this war-torn planet called hell, otherwise known as Earth.
So how do you train a good worker to be a good worker? In China, you do it with long hours, exposure to harmful chemicals, and 'military style' training sessions..
…who built your iPhone? Ask Siri.
Hear to evil, see no evil.. speak no evil. Text no evil.
So how do you train a good worker to be a good worker? In China, you do it with long hours, exposure to harmful chemicals, and 'military style' training sessions..
So .. nothing to see here?
A must read for all who are concerned about the world and all who doubt officials who “officially” tell us that Fukushima is nothing to worry about.. these headlines tonight are entered onto the record for your consideration and thought..
A news account from CTV says that reactor 4 at Fukushima poses a major threat to the world and another says that the worst is yet to come..
Japan continues to insist that the nuclear pool is stable and the country’s leaders claim it could withstand another major quake.
Consider these facts, too: Japan is dumping about a thousand tons per day of radioactive water into the Pacific ocean, and a new report says the Pacific won’t do much to dilute the water in the great sea..
Yes indeed.
Nothing to see here..

This is absolutely cool.
ONCE IN A LIFETIME: THE TRANSIT OF VENUS, 2012
Ready, set, watch: The world sees Venus pass by the sun..
And it won’t happen again until 2117..
What's eating you?
There are a lot of jokes and online cartoons about the ‘zombie’ attacks coming due to the recent news of cannibal attacks—attacks that involve human beings and not actors in some film..
The latest reminder that all these jokes are about real people is this news story detailing the sad life of the man who had his face eaten off by another on bath salts in Florida..
Don’t get me wrong, I love a good zombie joke now and then, but the news is creepy in 2012: A Maryland cannibal, a gay porn dismemberer, a nude bath salt cannibal, and a homeless woman trying to eat the arm off of a baby—all these events real headlines and real things.
I like to reflect on the day to day news, news that I personally feel is scarier than ever. The cannibal attacks only go to prove my point—and cause me to have even more paranoid fears..
A Vatileaks update
Pope’s butler formally questioned in leak scandal..
Up to six years in prison..
All eyes turn to Vatican judicial system
Yes, the Vatican as a judicial system. And lots more, including 6 foot concrete walls that contain a butler.
So healthy it can kill you
I knew some very healthy people in life that ended up dying very early.
People who would jog regularly may be doing more harm than good, in some circumstances.
Scientists now say that excess exercise can hurt the heart and actually cause long term health damage.
Some non political non Walker news

Crow not worried..
How serious?

Even though the Pope’s butler languishes in a deep cell in the Vatican, more secret documents were leaked this weekend..
So why exactly is Gabriele in that cell anyway?
And how long before ‘Peter the Roman’ fulfills St Malachi’s prophecy of the popes. Mutiny along the cardinals! And a church collapsing from within?
I'm afraid to post this..
But the Celtics are on fire. Hope it continues.
And now that a Celtics fan spoke of how good they are doing.. they may crash and burn
To my surprise, the UK GUARDIAN gives a somewhat glowing profile of Alex Jones..
He led the protests in Virginia this weekend against the ‘new world order’ at Bilderberg—and because of Infowars’ Jones more and more news outlets are covering Bilderberg every year.
Like him, love him, hate him.. you can’t ignore him.
And, as my headline says, to my surprise, the GUARDIAN doesn’t seem to hate him at all..
Jones quickly took control of the situation, using his unmistakable voice– amplified by a megaphone – to launch into a full-throated denunciation of the global elite, the erosion of rights and liberty, and the establishment of federal “reeducation camps”.
"The best bullhorner there is," one protester said of Jones’s oratory skills. When Jones began describing how he likes to use multiple megaphones end to end, a demonstrator called him "the people’s L-Rad", a reference to a sonic weapon police departments sometimes use against protesters.
No doubt, more heckles from the mainstream media will erupt as the leaders of the elite leave Chantilly.
But no matter what the MSM says.. Alex Jones supporters are loud—and seemingly growing in numbers every year.
The parental moment of dread
Ayden’s Aunt Erin, niece Kate, his Grammy and his Pop have been watching him for the past 15 months during mom and dad’s daytime working hours. It all ends tomorrow when the little man will begin his first day of… daycare.
I dread it in a normal way. Typically I am overly worried about everything.. but the place seems wonderful and Ayden seems ready to meet and play with others of his own intellect. So .. here we go.
He will, as all kids do, cry as we say bye. And he will be happy when we arrive to get him.. and that may happen for a while. Then he will defy us learning what other kids around him say.. and he will argue. And grow up. And be a kid. And a teen .. oh my God I am getting ahead of myself.
If Coalspeaker.com exists on this Tumblr platform 18 years from now when Ayden graduates, or 19 depending on whether he flunks some future algebra class, I will feel old. Here I am, at the ….semi young age of 31 and dreading daycare for my son. My wife agrees with my worry. We have both made it a chore but a duty to not talk about our feelings on this one.. just go with the flow.
As the flow goes.. so does time.
Ayden Morris…. 15 months into life…. about to begin a new little tiny itsy bitsy little child chapter…
My bet is he has some type of runny nose or full blown flu from another child by mid June. Something else for a parent to worry about.
